My name is Laura Guiral. I started Real Estate with a passion to make out-of-state relocations easier, as my personal relocation from North Jersey to Miami was quite the opposite. Working with someone who understands timelines and the active stressors of an out-of-state real estate transaction, makes a huge impact in your experience, and in the process of buying or selling. I come from a very diverse culture, and an extended background from dental medicine to accounting. Diversity has given me amazing people skills. Being a local Miami market expert and keeping up the laters Real Estate trends, have given me a leading position in the industry. Helping me provide, the most personable approach to my clients during their relocation process. My Real Estate business has been based off organic relationship and adding an extend high-profile clientele, which I can say this has been the key to provide and deliver the best results for my buyers and sellers. During my free time I will most likely be spending time with my puppies and family. Having deep conversations, meditating or simply enjoying a good sunset by the palm trees!
