About Stefan

Stefan was born and raised in Sonthofen, a small village in Bavaria, Germany. He graduated with a culinary degree as a Chef from the Berufsschule Immenstadt in 1981. After working in different countries and cruise ships as a chef, he made beautiful Marco Island his final destination. In 1987 he came to Marco Island as a German Chef, and worked in various high end restaurants and country clubs in Naples, where he established a well known reputation as a great chef. In his 25 years in the restaurant business, he was also involved in numerous building projects and real estate transactions for himself and in the corporate arena. In 2011, he decided to change his profession from being a chef to become a real estate agent. His wife Clara and his two daughters were glad to see daddy home more often and approved the move into real estate with happiness. With his first language being German, and his knowledge of real estate on Marco Island and Naples, it was a great start for his new successful venture. He has proven to be a dedicated professional, and to be a master of great negotiating on closings. He is helpful and knowledgeable with transactions of any kind. Many times in his short 6 years in the business, he witnessed that the purchase or selling of a home or home site, is the most important purchase anyone ever makes. Therefore, he will not stop short of finding the right buyer for your property and educating all listing prospects, until they are happy to list with his brokerage.
