Located on the Gulf of Mexico, Marco Island is a 4 x 6 barrier island where Doug and Nicki Davis have successfully helped thousands of people buy and sell real estate. Doug and Nicki have over 70 years of combined Real Estate experience and have worked at Coldwell Banker on Marco Island since 1985 and 1987, respectively. Doug Davis has been in the Real Estate industry since 1980, Owner/Broker of Lake Hills Realty licensed in Indiana and Illinois. He graduated Indiana University in 1969 and Purdue University in 1971. From 1971-1973 he worked for Chrysler Corporation, then in 1973 – 1978, Manley Bros Industrial Sand Co. in Indiana, Illinois and Michigan. In 1987 he became a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). In 1995, Doug married his wife Nicki, whom he met at Coldwell Banker, and believes behind every successful man is a great woman!
