About Brooke

Brooke McCauley is a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty, serving the areas of Marco Island and Naples, Florida. Mr. McCauley has over 40 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker. In addition to Florida, he has previously been licensed in North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C., and was the head of his own firm for many years. He has been an investor, advisor, appraiser, and instructor in real estate in both the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, and has developed several subdivisions and residential properties. He has substantial experience with investment real estate, including short and long-term rental properties. He has served with several Fortune 500 companies, including American Express. He was previously a licensed Certified General Appraiser of complex residential and commercial properties. He taught Real Estate Brokerage and Appraisal pre-licensing and continuing education courses for Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland. He holds an M.B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Delaware. He holds the NCREA (National Commercial Real Estate Advisor) designation. Mr. McCauley lives with his wife Lauri and their two dogs, Sissy and Elsa. He has two grown daughters and one grandson. He enjoys the beach, swimming, boating, and the warmth of the Southwest Florida lifestyle.
