Spencer maintains strong working relationships in the luxury Sarasota, St. Pete, and Tampa markets applying over 20 years of experience working with custom home builders, interior designers and high-rise projects. Having lived in many areas in the US and having lived and worked in South America, his passion for food, culture, and outdoor activities drew him to Sarasota’s fantastic lifestyle. After relocating to the area, his two sons attended local high schools and are onto the next phases of their dynamic lives. With roots in the community, Spencer is dedicated to following the Realtor Code of Ethics, honest, direct communication, and using his business acumen to deliver superior value to his clients.
