About Jim

Jim Andacht moved to Florida the first time in the early 80's from Milwaukee, WI. After a very successful 30-year career in Live Family Entertainment and touring the globe, he has returned to Bradenton, FL for good. Passionate about the water and sun, the move back to Florida was a natural fit. With encouragement from friends and neighbors, Jim has joined Coldwell Banker and will focus his efforts on finding forever homes for those in Sarasota and Manatee counties. In his free time, Jim loves to spend time on the water. He and his wife currently live in West Bradenton with their 2 dogs while their 4 children live spread out around the country providing opportunities to travel and visit.
