Tina Scott is a licensed Sales Associate for residential clients at Coldwell Banker Realty Orlando North/Heathrow, proudly serving Seminole County and the surrounding areas. Tina has a strong foundation in public service and a passion for helping others navigate life’s important transitions. A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s in Political Science, Tina went on to earn her Master’s in Criminal Justice from the prestigious John Jay College of Criminal Justice in Manhattan, NY. In addition to real estate, Tina has also built a successful career in law enforcement, where she specializes in crime analysis, investigations, property and evidence, and public records. This background has equipped her with exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to ethical excellence — all of which she brings to every real estate transaction. In her free time, Tina enjoys reading, cooking, boating, and traveling. She is deeply passionate about animal welfare and has spent the past 10+ years volunteering for Franklins Friends, a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to providing life-saving grants for animal welfare organizations and government agencies in Central Florida. She proudly donates a portion from each closing she has to this amazing cause.
