About Nini

Nini as a licensed Realtor® serving buyers and sellers in the Orlando area, Nini loves doing her part to make dreams of homeownership come true and she truly believes everyone deserves homeownership in America! She's been interested in this industry for most of her life and decided to pursue a career after several years at home raising her children. Nini is patient, kind, and understanding throughout all aspects of the often complex real estate process. She makes it a point to stay in constant communication with her clients, whether they're first-time buyers, moving up, or looking to invest. Nini draws on her natural talent for design to help stage homes for her buyers. Her knowledge of market trends and the latest marketing tools enable her to promote properties for her sellers. And when it comes to the closing table, Nini employs fair, but strong negotiation tactics. Nini moved to the United States from China in 2014 with her family. She is fluent in both English and Chinese-a great benefit when working with a diverse clientele. Her favorite aspect of her job is meeting and connecting with new people. When she's not working, Nini can be found playing with her kids or cooking for family and friends. She also enjoys yoga, traveling, and gardening.
