About Mike

I’ve spent my entire career in real estate and construction, and I enjoy all aspects, including commercial, land and redevelopment, while still selling select homes for select people. I’m a second-generation homebuilder who began my career while in high school sweeping out homes and cutting the grass at my Dad’s homes under construction in Sweetwater and Sabal Point. After starting out as a mortgage banker I went to college at night and eventually received an MBA from Rollins College. In 1988, I began building homes in Central Florida, and in 1994 I became a real estate investor, purchasing and rehabbing homes from Lake Mary to Windermere. My mission is to use my experience to benefit you in the purchase of your dream home or sale of any real estate you currently own.
