Meet Julie Bates: Your Greater Orlando area Real Estate Agent Florida is the eighth state Julie has lived in and feels lucky to call Central Florida home for the last 10 years. Prior to real estate, she worked in advertising sales and the local school system. Julie specializes in residential real estate throughout the Greater Orlando area including Seminole, Volusia, Orange, and Lake Counties. As a full time Realtor®, she combines her passion for home design and helping people along with making the home buying/selling process as smooth as possible. Her top priority is to provide an outstanding level of service with each transaction, from contract to close, and takes pride in working hard to uphold the confidence her customers place in her.
