About Gary

Gary Hussian joined the team at Coldwell Banker Realty in Lake Mary, Florida after a successful career in sales and sales leadership within the AI technology sector. Today, he brings his proven track record for exceptional business practices and client service to residential real estate, helping people seamlessly navigate the housing market with remarkable expertise. Married for 30 years a devout family man and father of two, Gary has worked in Central Florida for much of his life. "The growth here is explosive, and it's a really exciting time for the Greater Central Florida area, says Gary. Although growing, it is still an amazing place to raise our children, with great schools and a real sense of community" Gary graduated from Lyman High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rollins College. Gary's greatest passion is giving back! From spearheading charitable initiatives, coaching youth basketball and soccer to being a proud member of the Cousteau Society and Manatee Club Gary is staying plugged into area growth and public service.
