Candy Barnes’ journey as a real estate professional has been successful and fulfilling considering the high number of customers who consistently praise her for her excellent services and personalized approach. She also assists sellers to get top-dollar from their properties. Previously, Candy worked in the education sector and administration for 15+ years before she decided to transition into the real estate business. Working with both home buyers and sellers allows her to gain deep insight and valuable experience in the industry. She has a keen interest in research, always strives to offer helpful information by providing honest opinions and answers to clients’ questions, and aims to establish close working relationships based on trust and understanding. Candy grew up in Connecticut then moved to Massachusetts before finally shifting to Florida where she has been residing for the past two years. This gives her unique intuition on the special needs of clients seeking to relocate. She has become very familiar with Central Florida, which enables her to offer efficient services to her customers. Candy is currently working with Coldwell Banker Realty, a leading real estate company in the U.S. In addition to her professional work, Candy is also involved in the activities of their local Church due to her love for charity work and community mentorship programs. She enjoys spending time with her family, going for nature walks, and driving her Jeep Wrangler in her spare time.
