About Lori & Michael

Our Success and Reputation rests on your complete satisfaction! Michael and Lori are from central Pennsylvania and both graduated from Penn State University (We Are…). Upon graduating Michael worked in the oil and gas industry and Lori owned and operated a successful fitness business. They invested in real estate at the eastern shore of Maryland and discovered the value of real estate and it’s tax advantages and soon thereafter relocating to Ocean City, MD and began their real careers! They practiced real estate at the beach from 1982-1991. They relocated to Orlando in 1991 and in 1993 became the Owners/Brokers of Coldwell Banker Solomon Real Estate Group, Inc. We offer the following services: residential sales, new home sales, commercial real estate, business brokerage, land sales, property management, 1031 tax deferred exchange, Holiday Homes, and full time bilingual administrative staff.
