The first 14 years of my real estate career were in construction. During my time working with construction companies, I learned a lot about the process of building a home and had many mentors who guided me in achieving success in the sales of properties to be built. The experience gained from several years of selling new homes became an asset in my transition to independent contracting real estate salesperson. In my journey, I acquired valuable lessons about home construction, mortgages, and many other aspects of real estate that I would share with my buyers and sellers during the buying or selling process of their home. As an independent contractor I have great tools to access the real estate market. I can assist homeowners to sell their present home, purchase a new home with their preferred builder or acquire an existing home for primary residence, vacation home or investment property. My mission is to establish a good relationship with buyers and sellers, always seeking to meet their needs and convey my sincere appreciation for being part of such important decision; whether it is buying your permanent residence, your holiday home or an investment property, I will always pay attention to the details.
