Being born and raised in Miami, Manuel has unmatched knowledge about Miami and it's surrounding municipalities. Manuel graduated from FIU with a Bachelors in Business Administration specializing in Marketing. Upon graduation he decided to take off on his own and successfully launched an online auto parts business. However, through life he was always involved in real estate. His grandparents from both sides invested, developed, and rented commericial and residential properties. After, a while it was only natural that he found himself getting his license and embarking on his own real estate career. Manuel's success has been attributed to his focus to detail, personable attitude, research and understanding of markets, but most importantly correctly pricing your property to get the sale closed.
