Emma Ballestas is a Realtor Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty and a member of the Andrea Jara Team, specializing in residential real estate and investments throughout Miami. Born and raised in the city, Emma has a genuine understanding of the neighborhoods, lifestyle, and market dynamics that shape areas like Brickell, Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and Miami Beach. Emma earned her Master’s in International Real Estate from Florida International University and holds a degree in Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Before moving fully into sales, she worked in luxury development and high-end real estate marketing, including roles with The Residences at 1428 Brickell and a top-producing agent at Douglas Elliman Real Estate. Her experiences gave her a strong understanding of branding, negotiations, and what it takes to position properties in today’s market. In addition to real estate sales, Emma founded BlendedHaus Media, a boutique marketing agency focused on luxury real estate and lifestyle branding. Her background in content creation and digital marketing allows her to bring a creative edge to the way properties are presented online and across social platforms.
