Born in the Bahamas and raised in Boston, Claudio has been a longtime resident of South Florida, where his real estate expertise encompasses commercial and residential sales, property management, as well as land and commercial acquisitions. He also frequently lends guidance to investors, developers and international clients seeking to enter the coveted South Florida market. In addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Claudio holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Miami Dade College with a specialization in Forensics. In his spare time, Claudio enjoys playing basketball, cooking and spending quality time with family and friends
