About Tina

Tina Fader is no ordinary Real Estate Professional! She started her business in 1982 in South Florida to earn extra money during the summer to augment her teaching salary. By the following year she had earned her Broker's license and Commercial/Investment designations and was a full-time REALTOR®. She moved to Jacksonville in 1984, earned her Real Estate Instructor's license and taught in the evenings while managing a commercial investment/property management team during the day. She has raised 4 children who all reside in Jacksonville, the home they love – and is a proud grandmother as well. With her 30+ years of Real Estate education and experience combined with her deep commitment to customer service, Tina has been blessed with many faithful and satisfied clients she calls “friends”.
