About Katie

Katie was born and raised in Gainesville and originally took the Florida Real Estate Pre-License Course for the first time in 2006, just before the notorious market crash. In 2007, she moved to Los Angeles, California. During her time in Southern California, she built a successful residential cleaning and home organizing company where she developed an eye that is trained for details and a heart for unparalleled customer service. After spending 8 years living in the big city, Katie decided to return to her Hometown to be closer to her family. Upon resettling in Gainesville, Katie started working toward obtaining her Real Estate license for a second time, in 2017 and hit the ground running! While home buying and selling can be an emotional process, clients who have worked with Katie say that she brings a patience and understanding that makes them feel at ease. Her passions include traveling and spending time with her family, especially being Mom to her two little ones.
