The layout is designed so that there's a guest wing off the foyer that houses the two guest bedrooms with their jack-and-jill full bath. There's also a large closet for storage in the hall. The family room and kitchen serve as the heart of the home, and the master suite is positioned just off them. There's also a separate wing off the kitchen with the sizable home office, walk-in laundry room, and entrance to the two-car garage. I appreciate that the sellers chose to position the laundry next to the garage door, it makes it easy to keep the house clean and not track messes inside.
