About Melody

Melody Young is a Florida native, born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. Her strong passion for real estate started when she was just 8 years old as she followed her father around and helped him set up and stage open houses. Her favorite part was saying hello and welcoming all who walked through the door. Melody has spent the past 20 years traveling the country as a Nuclear Coordinator and Analyst, all while being active in her community; volunteering is a huge part of her life. She is thrilled to finally be able to put her love of real estate and helping others together as she continues to pursue her journey in real estate. She has a deep understanding of the diverse neighborhoods and unique properties the East Coast has to offer. She is always checking out all the local hot spots like, dining, parks, shops, markets and enjoys discovering some of the off the path spots and beautiful scenery we have in our area.
