This is an outstanding property. You will know the moment you walk in the front door, "this is it". Lovely end unit with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very beautiful kitchen - great outdoor grill and two burners. And the view of #13 par 3 and body of water between is awesome. The first guest room they have set up as TV/Den with sofa sleeper. The second guestroom has twin murphy beds with desk in between for WORK when kids aren't here. Spacious living room dining room and eat in kitchen....so easy to entertain as many or as few guests as you desire. The lanai area again with great kitchen for private dining or with guests to watch the golfers play by. Just out the front door only a few leaps to get to the street pool. Easy to get to club and all the events going on all season.
