Born in Pittsburgh, college in D.C., lived in New York, I finally made my way to Florida in 1995 and called Weston my home. Once my two boys graduated college, it was time for me to move to the east side and experience downtown Fort Lauderdale. Now I call Parkland my home. About Megan Pfefer A true millennial, born and raised in South Florida, I have seen the changes taking place in my own backyard. Real estate and design have always been two areas of business that attracted me most. I was fortunate to get my start working at the Conrad Fort Lauderdale, assisting the sales director and sales team marketing the project from the ground up. I joined TeamPFIRE, powered by Coldwell Banker in 2019 as Director of Operations and quickly became immersed in all aspects of the real estate transaction.
