About Donovan

Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale's Rio Vista neighborhood, Donovan has a passion for the culture and history of the South Florida housing market. From a young age Donovan fell in love with the gorgeous real estate in the community and at age 19 turned it into his profession. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Retail Finance & Consumer Behavior, Donovan now serves the East Fort Lauderdale real estate market as a licensed broker of sales and continues to call the area home. Donovan's team, Tim Singer South Florida, was able to close over $91,000,000 in residential real estate transactions in 2022 alone.
