I’m an experienced real estate advisor with Coldwell Banker realty in Fort Lauderdale, with a background in 5-star luxury hotel guest services and interior design. For over a decade I worked in luxury hotels in New York City and Los Angeles. My hotel experience taught me the importance of professionalism in all situations and the true power of listening to guest’s needs and concerns. I found that by truly listening, I could best solve guest concerns; by providing personalized solutions to their needs and wants. The foundation of a real estate business began in 2001, with color palettes and design. An interior painting and design business in Fort Lauderdale was built on advising clients on how to create a more beautiful and meaningful space . The passing of a father in 2014, a man who built a legacy through buying and selling properties across the globe, inspired the move into real estate. Design expertise is combined with a passion for property to help others find and enhance their most valuable space—their home. Today, I utilize my hospitality design skills in the fast-paced South Florida real estate market. People from around the world want to experience all that South Florida has to offer. My ability to speak German, Spanish, and some Slovak facilitates real estate transactions between varied buyers and sellers.
