Alla Kalkis Is a real estate professional with a core competency belief in integrity, professionalism, and efficiency. Alla isn't just passionate about helping families sell and find their next home, she has served as a volunteer at the Humane Society of Broward County and loves being a part of her local community events. A 2005 graduate of State University, Alla applied her Associate Degree to launch her career in the Medical Field. She utilized her managerial skills to continuously improve service levels while managing workers as well as various situations with patients. In 2010 Alla Kalkis transitioned into the real estate industry and she never looked back. Her ability to accurately forecast possible transaction problems, renovation and construction timelines, and provide best-result solutions is complimented by successfully working with over numerous real estate transactions; reflecting her motto: client interest first. Alla is a strong believer in continuous education having graduated in 2010 from RE School with a Sales Associate Degree. That furthers her understanding of the financial and investment aspect of the real estate market as well as economic cycles and what may influence them. She is well versed in real estate contract law, business operations, and the advantages and disadvantages of various investment tools.
