Rhea Castro began her Real Estate career in North Carolina in 1995. She arrived in Orange Park, Florida in 2004 as result of a Military Transfer with her husband and family. Since her arrival, she has been a Realtor and Property Manager with Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty. She is currently the Manager of the Property Management Division at Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty and conducts a class offered to other Coldwell Banker Agents that will allow them to learn the policies and procedures involved with Property Management.
