About Joyce

Joyce Mueller began her real estate career over 20 years ago. Her background is retail management and membership sales at the Jacksonville Area Chamber of Commerce. Joyce has received the Five Star Professional Award for five years in a row. The award recognizes her ethical principles and exceptional service to buyers and sellers. The relationships that she builds with her buyers and sellers have helped her to create a business based mainly on referrals. Her straightforward attitude coupled with humor and empathy and most importantly, knowledge and negotiating skills make her a trusted real estate advisor. Born and raised in Alabama, Joyce recalls the excitement and apprehension when making the move to Northeast Florida away from family and friends. She has resided in the area for over 40 years. She built a house on Fleming Island when US17 was only two lanes! Her daughter, son-in-law, and two granddaughters live in Jacksonville. She loves being Mimi. When not selling real estate, Joyce enjoys playing with her "grands" and treasure hunting at estate sales and auctions.
