About Chris

With a love for competition, family, and all things Disney, Chris Courtney brings an energetic mindset to his business. He graduated from Texas A&M University and pursued a career in analytical chemistry but found days in the lab felt routine and isolated. While building personal investments in real estate, Chris discovered a love for the industry and a passion for helping others reach their goal of property ownership. He now experiences great reward in guiding others through the potentially emotional and stressful process of buying and selling. Chris focuses on relationships and finds that much of his business is the result of past, satisfied customers. Chris's enthusiasm for his business reflects in his family. His wife of 23 years, Kristi, has joined him. As a team, they complement one another's strengths and weaknesses. Together, they aspire to establish a consistent business that meets the needs of their customers and allows for the growth of their business. His family pushes him to be his best every day. He, Kristi, and their three children regularly compete in Disney marathons and kids' races when they are not enjoying the park or watching sci-fi movies. Chris is a triathlete and scuba instructor currently in training for his first Ironman competition.
