About Steve

We've been selling real estate full time since 1996. Specializing in Downtown Delray Beach listings and sales. Our business is built on your referrals!! Steve has a BA in English Literature from Fordham University. Lori has a BS in Business Administration, with a major in marketing, from Bryant University. Steve Martel is our up front guy. He's out there every day making connections with everyone and anyone who wants to talk real estate. Buyers, other realtors, builders, bankers, people in the grocery store, you name it! All of these connections translate to selling more houses for our sellers, and finding just the right homes for our buyers! Lori is more behind the scenes, working in marketing, which includes market analysis reports, advertising, pricing, setting up open houses and broker tours, and following statistics to make sure we are on track with pricing for our sellers and buyers. Lori also makes sure our buyers meet their goals by noting dates and staying in touch with the lenders and title agents. In our spare time, Steve is a musician, Lori likes to draw and paint, we are both avid readers, and, most of all, we enjoy spending time with our son Ethan and daughter Chloe!!
