About Lois

This is a combined work bio for my husband and partner, John Schwartz, the other half of Team Lois and John, and me. Our Team is 21 years young. Our lifetime closed transaction volume is closing in on $400,000,000 of which we are very proud. We made the move to Boynton Beach, Florida in December 2020. While keeping our team going in NJ, we will now be serving new clients at Coldwell Banker in Delray Beach for the Palm Beach and Broward County areas, specializing in Florida waterfront condos (our wheelhouse), 55+ gated communities (where we live), golf course communities (our passion) and coastal homes. We know how to market, stage, sell, and follow through with every transaction. We have been known for staging every listing. We have been known for our excellent customer service. We treat every customer and every client as if they are our only one. As REALTORS®/Sales Associates, we have topped the charts many times over. A few examples include: - Ranking in the Top 10% of Bergen County, NJ Realtors; - Ranking as high as the #1 Team in Closed Units for the entire Keller Williams New York Tri-State Region; - Being inducted into the Board’s Distinguished Sales Club 2016 Award. - Being awarded the exclusive rental listings for a major developer in NJ converting a Senior Rental Building with 400 units into market rate listings (which continues even today). We also continue to service the developer’s other rental buildings. We plan to continue our successes as members of our new Beaches Board of Realtors in Florida and as members of Coldwell Banker.
