In addition to being a full service realtor for both buyers and sellers in South Florida, I am also a real real estate investor myself with well over 25 years of experience in buying and selling a wide variety of different types of properties. This experience includes everything ranging from waterfront property to multi-unit properties to traditional residential housing. I also have significant experience in property investment and property management. Having come from a financial background as a CPA prior to real estate, I intuitively apply an analytical analysis to the purchase or sale of any property, whether it is a two bedroom condo, traditional single family home, or an investment property for rental income. I am a firm believer that it pays to "run the numbers first" before going forward with any transaction.
