(2) The 2020 monthly condo fee is $385/month
for ALL units (regardless of what you read on other listings) The monthly fee includes the following:

(7)The Pines of Delray prohibits and requires replacement of electrical panels manufactured by either Federal Pacific, Zinsco or Sylvania.
