Almost 20 years have passed since I helped my first real estate customer, and what a unique experience this has been! Booming market, short sales, foreclosures, back to booming market. You, the customer, have not changed your expectations of what a great real estate agent does for them. My focus, whether helping people find acreage or working with first time buyers and sellers and all the other types of real estate, has always been on the customer service and knowledge that I provide. Prior to my real estate life I was a teacher for 25 years, so being able to relate to everyone is a huge strength people say I have. Since winning the Rookie Agent of the Year in 2004, I have won numerous awards including Agent of the Year and Presidential Award for several years.
