With a degree in Business and Marketing, she began her career managing property and investment portfolios, building 15 years of expertise before earning her broker’s license and transitioning into residential and commercial sales. A proud mom of two adult children—including a son with autism who inspires her daily—Katie brings both heart and hustle to everything she does. She was named Crestview Realtor of the Year in 2014 by the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors and is licensed in both Florida and Alabama.
