About Brittany

Brittany Isham is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout Northwest Florida. As a military spouse and Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Brittany understands firsthand what it’s like to move your family, navigate a PCS, and make big real estate decisions—sometimes from hundreds of miles away. Having called Northwest Florida home for several years, Brittany brings both local market knowledge and a personal understanding of the communities surrounding Eglin Air Force Base and Hurlburt Field. She works with buyers, sellers, first-time homebuyers, military families, and those relocating to or from the area, serving Crestview, Niceville, Fort Walton Beach, Navarre, Destin, and surrounding communities. Brittany believes real estate should feel personal, not transactional. She takes pride in being responsive, straightforward, and someone her clients can genuinely rely on throughout the process. When she isn’t helping clients, Brittany is usually spending time with her husband and their three kids, cheering from the sidelines at her kids’ activities, traveling, or enjoying the Florida beaches with her family. Whether you’re PCSing to Northwest Florida, searching for your next home, or getting ready to sell, Brittany would love the opportunity to help make your next move a little easier.
