Hi, I'm Ashley Garcia, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty serving Florida's Emerald Coast. While I was born in Fayetteville, Georgia, Florida has been home for as long as I can remember. I moved here when I was just a year old and have grown up exploring the communities, beaches, and neighborhoods that make this area such a special place to live. I graduated from Crestview High School in 2023 and began pursuing a career in real estate because I've always been fascinated by homes and the stories behind them. I believe real estate is about much more than buying or selling property it's about helping people find a place where they can build memories, feel secure, and truly feel at home. Before becoming a real estate agent, I worked in fast food, retail, and as a receptionist. Those experiences taught me the importance of communication, patience, attention to detail, and most importantly, listening to people's needs. Today, I bring those same skills to every client relationship. As someone who grew up right here on the Emerald Coast, I'm passionate about helping others discover everything our area has to offer.
