About Seth

Seth was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. Though a Buckeye at heart, he earned his Bachelors Degree in Sports Management and Marketing from Bowling Green State University. Seth relocated to South Florida in 2004 working in the sports marketing field. He uniquely developed a love for New Home Construction in 2005 having to rebuild his home in the aftermath of Hurricane Wilma. In 2010, Seth changed career paths for the New Home Sales Industry. Since then, he has worked for various private and public National builders as a top producer in both sales and management; Minto Communities, Standard Pacific Homes, CalAtlantic Homes and Lennar Corporation. Presently, Seth maintains an active real estate business with Coldwell Banker and prides himself on his passion for helping clients finding their perfect home. When he's not selling homes, Seth enjoys playing soccer in multiple leagues, bowling, traveling and quality time with his family and fur-babies- two Frech Bulldogs and a Bull Terrier. Seth is a foodie and is always on the hunt for delicious new restaurants; he's happy to share his long list of recommendations!
