About Pilar

I have been a real estate agent for over 35 years. I was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia and at a young age, moved to Ecuador. I was a licensed real estate agent in Ecuador where I proceeded to attain a bachelor’s degree in law and Social Sciences. In the United States, I continued my education and branched out into the real estate world in 2005 becoming licensed in Florida. I am known for courteous and professional service to all my clients. I have been working with my local and international clients for decades and enjoy their repetitive business and referrals. My dedication, patience and extensive understanding of all of their needs is what helps me create a genuine experience for each of my clients. I specialize in the South Florida Broward County and Palm Beach regions. I am bilingual and have been able to happily assist all my clients with their needs in English and Spanish. I hold a successful team of 4 agents and myself at the Coral Springs/ Parkland Office. I have been consistently awarded for my performance in the Top 20 Florida Teams.
