About Melanie

Melanie Tilchen was born and raised in Michigan. As a child, she spent weekends looking at new homes and resales with her dad as a hobby. Her hobby grew into her passion for Real Estate. Melanie earned a BA Degree in Communication Arts and Sciences from Michigan State University. Melanie relocated to Florida in 2004. Melanie has worked in the New Home Sales Industry for over 16 years in sales and management. She has worked for both local and National builders; Crosswinds Communities, Divosta and Lennar Corporation. Presently, Melanie is one of the principals in M|N Consulting, while also maintaining an active general real estate business with Coldwell Banker.
