About Candy

Candy was born in Camaguey, Cuba. Her family was first generation immigrants in 1961 to NYC where she lived until age 15. Her family relocated to Miami Florida in 1974. She experienced the major growth in all areas of south Florida. In 1993 she moved to Charlotte NC for a career opportunity and in 2018 returned to Broward County, Florida where she started her Real Estate career. Something she was always interested in pursuing. Candy recently moved to south-central Florida. Candy was selected to join the MN Team because of her business background. Candy has been involved in sales-oriented fields as a top producer with Mary Kay Cosmetics and the Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Candy has been a systems analyst who specialized in hospital administration and management. Candy specializes in New Home sales, resales, first-time homebuyer, move up or scale down clients. The diversity of the M|N Team has given her the opportunity and experience to work in all facets of real estate, whether buying or selling, we are your Dream Team. Candy values her rapport and personal commitment to her customers. Exceeding Expectations is her desire in every customer experience. Candy enjoys participating in community events to develop new relationships and learn about the businesses that support the local area. Visiting new construction communities is also great fun and keeps her knowledgeable with New Home Sales. She lives with her husband Eric and four cats, Bitty, Sofie, Luna and Lars. She enjoys time with her husband Eric exploring outdoor adventures, visiting new cities, hiking, canoeing, gardening, and shopping for home décor. Her favorite time is spent with her six grandchildren.
