About Meredith

Meredith Zeder joined The Jills Zeder Group in 2020, after highly successful sales and marketing stints with major national and international companies. Raised on Amelia Island along Florida's Northeastern Atlantic coast, she received a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Florida in 2005. After graduation, Meredith worked with Miller Coors in Atlanta and New York, continuously exceeding sales and distribution goals, and was recognized as the Regional and National Salesperson of the Year in 2012. A true Floridian at heart, Meredith decided in 2014 to escape New York's cold winters and move to beautiful and vibrant Miami, where her now husband, Evan Zeder, was born and raised. After moving to Miami, she became the manager of the luxury hotel, café' and restaurant business segment in South Florida for illy Caffe, a global coffee brand based in Italy. She was tasked with creating strategic brand partnerships between illy and luxury brand businesses, and negotiating synergistic terms for the benefit of all involved parties. In the process, Meredith was able to explore all corners of Miami, learn the dynamics of each, and appreciate that every neighborhood has a different personality, with strengths and weaknesses depending on the perspectives of the parties involved. Meredith's experience has taught her that finding solutions which serve her employer's or client's best interests are her first priority, and she works tirelessly to achieve those goals in a professional and ethical manner. Since leaving New York and getting married in 2014, Evan and she have lived in Coral Gables, on Brickell, and are now raising their daughter in Coconut Grove. She knows those areas intimately, as well as many others. In 2020, Meredith was given an opportunity to join her husband's family members, Judy, Nathan and Kara, with The Jills Zeder Group. Her attraction to real estate and primary interest in deciding to make that move, in addition to being able to work with the families who comprise the Group, is the opportunity she will have to showcase Miami, as one of the greatest cities in the world, and help others discover everything Miami has to offer. The Group is comprised of three families, all of which are major players in the luxury residential real estate business. These families include sisters Jill Eber and Felise Eber; Jill Hertzberg and her children Danny Hertzberg and Hillary Hertzberg; and Judy Zeder and her children Nathan Zeder and Kara Zeder Rosen. In 2021, the Jills Zeder Group took sales to a new level by breaking its own records with an incredible $2 Billion in sales. This marks the best year ever in sales volume for The Jills Zeder Group and are ranked as the Number 1 Real Estate Team in the Nation for the fourth year in a row, ranked in REAL TRENDS The Thousands as advertised in The Wall Street Journal.
