With roots in Colts Neck, New Jersey Jason Schonholtz came to Gables in 2005 to attend the University of Miami. After graduating with a business degree in Finance, Marketing and Entrepreneurship he started his own company in 2007. Real estate is a passion for Jason and with his background in sales international investments and business, being a top negotiator and owning his own company for 15 years , it is easy to see why more than 50 families in last 3 months have called Jason with help buying and selling their homes.
