About Berenice

Berenice Elguezabal is a real estate agent with over 25 years of experience representing buyers and sellers across the county. A top-producing Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Realty, I was recognized among the top 4% of Coldwell Banker agents nationwide for 2025. For the last six years, my work has concentrated on listing homes in Miami's 33155 area, particularly Schenley Park and Coral Terrace. Berenice has represented sellers in seven closed Schenley Park-area transactions. She combines that firsthand experience with close analysis of comparable sales, competing listings, inventory, and buyer demand. For homeowners considering a move, she offers practical guidance on pricing, preparing a property, and choosing the right time to list. Each home receives a marketing strategy suited to its features and likely buyers. Berenice draws on professional photography and video, floor plans, staging, digital marketing, neighborhood outreach, and open houses as appropriate. She personally oversees her listings from the first planning conversation through negotiation and closing. Berenice also helps buyers throughout Miami-Dade County, from those searching for an established neighborhood home to clients considering luxury properties or investment opportunities. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Luxury Property Specialist (LPS) designations. Through the Schenley Report at SellSchenleyHome.com, Berenice shares local market updates for Schenley Park, Coral Terrace, and surrounding 33155 neighborhoods.
