About Aquiles

Originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Aquiles moved to Miami as a child in the early 80’s. He attended Florida International University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in education. After 15 years as an educator he took that knowledge and joined the Oscar Arellano Team. His education background has provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, as well as bringing the best and most honest advice to his clients. Aquiles has been working in the South Florida real estate market for years and has gained a tremendous amount of experience working alongside his team members in various transactions. Aquiles' client’s and peers often describe him as detailed oriented, proactive, honest, and fun to be around. After living some years in the east coast of Florida, Miami Beach, Aquiles currently resides in Pinecrest Florida, with his family. When he isn’t making home ownership dreams come true for his clients, he enjoys spending time on the beach and boating with the family, golfing, riding bike, and traveling.
