She joined Tony Hubbard at Coldwell Banker in 2008 to take advantage of the brand’s strong recognition and expand her market area. Prior to that, she owned and operated Vici Winn Realty, Inc. for 16 years, specializing in agricultural acreage, development of country estates and equestrian communities. In 2025, she teamed up with Tony Hubbard, combining their experience and efforts to market commercial properties, vacant land, and agricultural properties. Tony has been actively licensed since 1979. He was the broker/owner of Coldwell Banker Tony Hubbard Realty, previously Max Judy Realty, from 1991 to March 2024. He then passed this position on to his daughter, Kaley R. Hansen, who has since expanded the operations to include our commercial division, Coldwell Banker Commercial Hubbard Hansen, to which they belong.
