When she moved to SWFL In 2005, Stephanie began a job welcoming customers at a luxury builders model center and never imagined what a boost to a successful real estate career that would eventually lead her into. Even before obtaining her Florida Real estate license in 2013 she had been a sole office administrator in an office through the downturn of the market and learned from those who thrived through the market. She also transitioned to manage a newer privately owned real estate company at one point and helped manage from what started at 25 to grow to over 75 agents when she left. From there she worked privately for a financial advisor as an annual rental property manager for all his customers' real estate purchased with their self directed IRA’s All of this led to what was the only logical transition to her license officially and do what she has been proven to do best, real estate sales and management. When not working, Stephanie enjoys all of what Southwest Florida has to offer with her husband and blended family of 5 children, of whom she officially married on 2/22/2022 after many years together.
