Born in Saigon, Vietnam, I moved to the United States with my parents in the 1990’s. I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management and have always been passionate about aviation. I have been a dedicated employee at The Boeing Company since 1996, working as a Quality and Delivery Representative. In this role, I served as a liaison between airline customers and Boeing, supporting them from the beginning of the build to delivery and beyond. I managed quality issues, coordinated with subject matter experts and engineering, and worked with program, contract, and sales teams to ensure all issues were well managed and resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Each successful delivery is a day of celebration, with contracts signed, titles transferred, keys handed off, and beautiful airplanes heading home to serve their customers. I am highly confident in my skills and knowledge, excelling in negotiation, conflict resolution, and customer satisfaction. I believe that "Your matter is my matter," and find my greatest reward in ensuring customer satisfaction. With these skills, knowledge, and personal touch, transitioning to a real estate agent has been a smooth process for me.
