Prior to entering into Real Estate, I worked in Middle Management with Large Corporations like RCA and GE. This experience in Customer Service, Marketing, and Contract Negotiation enhanced my Real Estate Career, which began in the Annapolis, Maryland area in the late 1990's. When my wife and I decided on moving to Florida, I did an extensive search of the entire state of Florida found The Space Coast to be an awesome place to live. Having lived here for the past 12 years, I still believe it is the best kept secret in Florida: Great Schools, a Diverse Demographic, Reasonably Priced Homes located near the Atlantic Ocean with the incredible Indian River Lagoon. My goal is always the same - putting my integrity, skills, and knowledge to work for you, providing a successful "No Surprises" Real Estate Transaction. I specialize in Corporate transfers(having experienced it first hand), Military moves(a Veteran that has used his VA loan benefits twice), and Empty Nesters moving to Florida(been there, done it).
