Diann's real estate experience began when she was a freshman in college through rehabbing properties for long term rentals, or for re-sale (which is now known as flipping). Diann received her Bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina, then immediately obtained a real estate license - putting her focus of marketing and business law to work in real estate. Diann personally customizes a marketing plan to the unique characteristics of her client's properties. Diann's passion for interior design and understanding of current market trends has led to her successfully project managing over 150 home remodels. These projects range from small floors and doors projects to complete frame up projects. Diann enjoys using her design skills to maximize a home's square footage and profit potential! As director of her family's property management company; while Diann no longer handles property management, she has Personally managed client's long-term real estate assets. She has been to all the major (and many smaller) US cities. She once drove from Orlando to San Francisco and stopped at all points of interest along the way to take in the different architecture styles of different areas.
